The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) introduced new and enhanced responsibilities on all organisations who process personal data. Solicitors as data controllers must ensure they are compliant with these obligations. Solicitors also have unique challenges and specific requirements in terms of how they comply with GDPR. Pembroke Privacy wants to help solicitors meet those challenges. We are offering a one-day GDPR training programme specifically tailored for solicitors.
Focusing on the 6 key principles of the GDPR, accountability and data subject rights, this one-day training course is a practical, interactive and instructor led live workshop. Attendees will come away from the programme understanding the fundamentals of GDPR and will be well placed to meet their data protection challenges. We will also provide a Privacy Notice template to attendees and we will work through the notice, helping attendees to understand how it should be completed.
This training course takes place over one day and will be delivered live and online via Microsoft Teams.
